I am so excited to share my journey with you; my toolbox I rely on when life gets bumpy.

In order to feel motivated and enthusiastic to live each day, you need to have  a proper mental & physical digestion. You will learn to be flexible and light in your approach to everyday challenges. Step on your mat to release any tension in your body & mind so that you can thrive throughout the day. 

Master the habit of showing up for yourself daily!

Move in a way that makes you feel alive & free. Mindful, intentional and playful movements will cultivate a sense of curiosity about your body and its messages. This will develop a habit of approaching them in the spirit of adventure and discovery. That's how you will learn to approach everyday challenges with lightness and flexibility. It's a life skill. 

Live in a way that is true to who you really are. Meditation is a tool for deepening your connection to your inner world - thoughts, emotions and sensations. You will make choices that align with what you most care about. 

Eat in a way that reminds you of who you are. A healthy body starts on the inside. Plant-Based Diet is what will support you in your life experiences! Here you can find easy, plant-based recipes that will help you to eat healthier, incorporate more fruits & vegetables into your diet. You will feel energised, light & content!  

I truly believe that a regular yoga and meditation practice combined with plant-based diet can bring lasting joy and fulfilment to our lives!✨

Hi, I'm Kristina! 🌞

I am a world traveller, health nut, nature lover, hiker, plant-based diet home chef,  yogini … I am deeply passionate about yoga, meditation and healthy eating.

As I  have a big appetite for learning, I'd love to share with you my knowledge, all my discoveries and experimentations. I hope to inspire you to get curious about your inner world and become emotionally and physically healthier human being.

Yoga was the game-changer in my life.  The mat became my sanctuary, a place where I find comfort, reconnect with my inner world and harness the power of breath to ride life's waves more gacefully!

  • Through my physical practice of yoga, I got curious about my body and started understanding its messages. I learned to be more comfortable within myself.
  • Meditation taught me how to be. To be more present in my body, to welcome my fears, to simply allow myself to feel what I feel. To lean into the discomfort. I learned to be curious about my inner world- thoughts, feelings, emotions and how to process them. I live more deeply every moment.
  • I have learned to live more in the breath, in the present moment. Whenever I feel overwhelmed, tense or upset I retreat to my breath to slow down and restore.
  • I have learned to nourish my body with right nutrition, foods that help me thrive each day. What we eat is directly connected to how we feel. Food affects body then mind. I love food that loves me back!

I believe that we all have unique skills and talents. We are here to share them.
